Sara Norman is a transactional attorney with a focus on real estate, business entities, and estate planning. Originally from Midland, Texas, Sara moved to Beaumont in 2014. After practicing law exclusively in Southeast Texas for 10 years, Sara joined the Fort Worth law firm Cantey Hanger, LLP, as a partner, to expand her ability to service clients state-wide. Sara has extensive knowledge in non-profit governance and charitable tax law and has used that knowledge to contribute to the Board Development Committee and Gift Acceptance Committee for the Foundation since she became a Board Member in 2018. With so many clients and friends in Southeast Texas, she understands the importance of investing in places that have invested in her, and remains deeply committed to the Foundation’s mission. Sara received her BA in Organizational Communications and Finance, Cum Laude, at Lubbock Christian University and went on to law school at Texas Tech University School of Law. She has served on the Boards of the Junior League of Beaumont, Jefferson County Bar Association, CASA of SETX, Shorkey Center, and the Southeast Texas Estate Planning Council.
