"My name is Denise LeBlanc. I am the Chief Financial Officer for Spindletop Center, a non-profit community behavioral health, substance use, and individual and developmental disabilities agency serving Jefferson, Orange, Chambers, and Hardin counties. I have served as either CFO or a consultant for three other major non-profit organizations in Beaumont and surrounding areas following over 25 years of working in for-profit corporate settings. I made a conscious decision 12 years ago to use my financial strengths to assist organizations that provide services to those in the community who are vulnerable and in need. It is my way of making a difference. I have been a board member of the Foundation of Southeast Texas since 2019. I am a member of the Finance Committee and currently serve as the Foundation's Finance Committee Chair and Treasurer.
